Group Fitness

Ride your way to a leaner body with a class designed to improve cardio endurance and lower body strength.

Step your way through a high energy step routine that will increase your cardio endurance and lower body strength. Great music+ fun moves= Awesome Workout.

This program is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of group intervals over a 1 hour period of time.

An all-levels class exploring a variety of standing and seated asanas linked by breath and flowing movement. Practiced at your level and capacity.

Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that's moving millions of people toward joy and health.

Other Fitness Events
In addition to our daily group fitness and aerobic classes, also offer monthly fitness events; monthly run series, which varies from 2k, 5k, and 10k; outdoor fitness challenges; Zumba in the Park; weekly weightlifting challenges and other activities.

Group Fitness Prices
$5 daily fee
$40 for 10 + 1 free class (or $3.63 daily)
$75 for 20 + 2 free class (or $3.40 daily)


Available Time Slots: Reserved Unit PT classes with an instructor cost $25 per class. Organized PT without an instructor will be charged a $20 facility fee. Call (760)380-7720 for more information.

All Levels:
The group classes are the backbone of what we do. In a small - mid sized group setting, we provide your exercise programming (warm-up, workout, and skill work) as well as instruction and supply all the necessary equipment. You will learn the basics of power lifting, Olympic weightlifting, basic gymnastics and body-weight movements, proper running mechanics and much more. You will always receive instruction from a certified trainer and will constantly be observed to ensure that you are performing all movements in a safe and efficient manner.


Rock Climbing Certification

Certifications are given by Outdoor Recreation (ODR)
