This program is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of group intervals over a 1 hour period of time.
An all-levels class exploring a variety of standing and seated asanas linked by breath and flowing movement. Practiced at your level and capacity.
Other Fitness Events
In addition to our daily group fitness and aerobic classes, also offer monthly fitness events; monthly run series, which varies from 2k, 5k, and 10k; outdoor fitness challenges; Zumba in the Park; weekly weightlifting challenges and other activities.

WOD's are the backbone of what we do. In a small - mid sized group setting, we provide your exercise programming (warm-up, workout, and skill work). You can always receive instruction from a certified trainer and can be observed to ensure that you are performing all movements in a safe and efficient manner.

Certifications are given by Outdoor Recreation (ODR)
