Earn More as an FCC Provider
To support and expand the FCC program, the Army offers financial incentives for new and transferring FCC providers. These bonuses help providers successfully start or continue their home-based childcare business.
Available FCC Bonuses

Relocation Bonus (Up to $1,000)
FCC providers who successfully relocate their home business to a new installation may receive a relocation bonus. Payments are made over 12 months, beginning once the provider is certified at the new location and -
Recruitment Bonus (Up to $1,000)
New FCC providers who successfully open their homes to military families may qualify for a one-time recruitment bonus. Payments are dispersed over 12 months, beginning after certification and the enrollment of two or more children.
