Get outside and get sweating with outdoor bootcamp. These classes focus on functional movements such as push-ups, squats, sprints, sit-ups and more bodyweight exercises. Bootcamp is a type of group exercise that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
