Entree is Smoked Brisket with Hickory BBQ Sauces on side. Omelet Station with with Fresh Vegetables and Deli Meats.
Buffet is Scrambled Eggs, Roasted Potatoes, Hash Browns, Bacon & Sausage Links, Biscuits & country Gravy, Garden Salads with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Deviled Eggs, shrimp ceviche, 3-cheese baked mac’n’cheese, and sauted Veggies.
