Join us for a workout you can do with your children.
Please bring front carriers for infants and toddlers. Take part in all the different types of bodyweight exercises you can do while wearing your child; or children may also participate in the class.
There will be a play area nearby for children not participating in the class, but parental supervision is required as there will be no childcare for this class. Please note that there are limited toys available in the play area please provide entertainment for your children not participating.
Participants will receive a free STRONG bands t-shirt & wrist band.
