Strongman competition for men and women consisting of Heavy Yoke Walk for 25M, Atlas Stone Pull, inverted ring hold for time w/weight, single arm dumbbell press and Keg Toss. This is a winner take all event. Mens and Womens division. Must weigh in prior to event start.
