S.E.T. 5 Challenge

This challenge is a rep and time-based competition utilizing core fundamental strength and conditioning exercises consisting of the following:

  • Bench press
  • Dead-lift
  • Pull-ups
  • EZ curls
  • 40 yard Farmer's Walk

Participants will perform 21 reps of each exercise before moving on to the next exercise and then finish with the Farmer’s Walk.

Trophies awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

$20 (includes Box Fit t-shirt).
