Come meet at the Blue Track to celebrate the Month of Strong Bands. We will be doing 30 minute aerobic workouts for Service Members and their families! We want to stress the importance of physical activity in the lives of our youth, and set a good platform to teach them about the 5 components of fitness: muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, body composition, and cardiovascular endurance.
