MIXXEDFIT is a people-inspired fitness program that incorporates simple, but explosive movements with bootcamp toning. Dance to favorite radio hits and spice things up with boot camp inspired exercises to make your workout effective, challenging AND FUN! Classes are 60 minutes long. Choreoghraphy is not complex or difficult and moves are repetitive. Which means students can naturally increase their level during their workout and focus on "working out".
