Come join The box as they present Desert Throw down which includes:
Event 1 20 Calorie Row, 10 Box Jumps, 15 Thrusters and 1 rep max clean and jerk.
Event 2 Sled push with descending weight.
Event 3 50 Hang Clean, 40 Wall Balls, 30 T2B, 20 Deadlift, 10 Wall Balls.
