This class involves the essentials in setting up a calling tree. The course includes an overview of the FRG, the role of key callers, working with the Family Support network and crisis intervention. There are plenty of handouts in this workshop to launch your FRG into the resource highway. Role playing and practical applications makes this three-hour training fun and useful.
(Free childcare is available. Child must be registered with CYSS. Reservations must be made by patron)
