Freedom Fitness Center is hosting it's annual Commander's Cup Flag Football tournament. Games will be played league style under FFRA rules.
Coaches meeting and Roasters due: July 30
Season starts: August 7
Games are played every Mon, Wed & Thurs at 5:30 pm.
All games played at the 4Plex.
