Family Readiness Liaison (FRL) Training

This class is designed for all Soldiers/leaders assigned the additional duty as the commander’s FRL representative to provide support for the Total Army Family Program per Army Regulation 600-20, Army Command Policy, to support quality of life, Family readiness, and retention and meet the Army’s obligation to Soldiers, civilian employees and their families by ensuring effective family assistance and support. The course covers roles and responsibilities, volunteer recruiting, fund management, Care Response Teams (CRT), Survivor Outreach Services (SOS), ACS and installation resources, marketing, HR/employee information, and more.
