 0 dumbbell bicep curls (50 each arm)\, at a set weight (Men: 25lbs and Wom
 en 15lbs) and 100 preacher curls\, at a set weight (Men: 60lbs and Women 3
 0lbs).&nbsp\;\n\nWeek 2: Triceps of Terror (October 7th-11th)\n\nParticipa
 nts will have a week to complete 100-skull crushers\, at a set weight (Men
 : 40lbs and Women 20lbs) and 100-rope triceps extensions\, at a set weight
  (Men: 30lbs and Women: 15lbs).\n\nWeek 3: Sinister Shoulders (October 14t
 h-18th)\n\nParticipants will have a week to complete 100 dumbbell shoulder
  presses (50 each arm)\, at a set weight (Men: 30lbs and Women: 15lbs) and
  100 dumbbell front raises (50 each arm)\, at a set weight (Men: 25lbs and
  Women: 15lbs).\n\nWeek 4: Chest Fest/Back Attack (October 21st-25th)\n\nP
 articipants will have a week to complete 100 barbell bench press\, at a se
 t weight (Men: 135lbs and Women: 45lbs) and 100 seated back rows (50 each 
 arm)\, at a set weight (Men: 140lbs and Women: 90lbs).\n\nWeek 5: Makeup D
 ays (October 26th-31st)\n\nLast chance to complete any exercises you might
