Fort Irwin has averaged 6 incidents of domestic violence reported a month since October 2014. The first Domestic Violence Awareness month was held in October 1987 and has since been observed each October. Domestic Violence Awareness month intends to raise community awareness, highlight resources available, and advocate for an end to domestic violence.
The walk is open to everyone!
